A little taste of what to expect
Breakfast
From French breakfast to açaí bowl and fitness bowl, all the way to our bagels with herb cream cheese or house-cured salmon. Classics like Eggs Benedict on homemade brioche, scrambled organic eggs and omelette with homemade pesto. Every day from 8:30 to 12:00.
Lunch and dinner
Thuringian dumplings, rouladen and bratwurst meet burgers, pasta and tarte flambée. Plus seasonal dishes with ingredients from the region.
Cakes and coffee
Homemade cakes and tarts that change daily, together with specialty coffee from the portafilter machine.
